By downloading, installing, or using PDF Scanner Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. License Grant & Permitted Usage

AB_STUDIO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Scanner Pro on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal or internal business document digitizing and management purposes.

2. User Content & Complete Document Ownership

You retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights in all documents, images, text, and files you capture, scan, or export using this application.

AB_STUDIO claims no ownership, title, or interest in your scanned materials. Your documents remain securely on your local storage unless you explicitly choose to share them via third-party channels.

3. Pro Subscriptions & In-App Billing

PDF Scanner Pro provides both free features (supported by advertisements) and optional VIP Pro subscription plans:

Billing Mechanism: All subscription purchases and lifetime access upgrades are billed directly through your Google Play Store account.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified frequency (e.g., monthly or yearly) unless auto-renewal is canceled in your Google Play Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed strictly by Google Play's standard refund policies and must be initiated through Google Play Support.

4. VIP Bug Bounty Club & Founder Promotional Gifts

From time to time, the engineering team may offer promotional Over-The-Air VIP access tokens to users who submit verified bug reports or feature suggestions. Promotional VIP tokens are granted at the sole discretion of AB_STUDIO, carry no cash value, and may be modified or retired at any time via remote configuration without prior notice.

5. Anti-Piracy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application or its proprietary monetization mediation waterfalls.
Bypass, tamper with, or disable cryptographic HMAC signatures, remote configuration verification, or license verification mechanisms.
Use the application to scan, store, or distribute materials that infringe third-party copyrights or violate applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PDF Scanner Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AB_STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
